Bonjour à tous  / Hello dear partners,

1. Our proposal for R4 (séminaire / transnational meeting for teachers)
is to do it

Special event in order to organize the ending festival “Nuits Blanches” (C5 in Saint-Jean-de-Luz)

Please everybody: check if it s possible for you to apply this schedule ; we need to prepare this meeting
very early.
Merci de vérifier que ces dates conviennent à tout le monde et à me prévenir s’il y a un problème, car nous avons besoin de préparer les choses à l’avance, et notamment vis-à-vis d’intervenants extérieurs.

2. Collegiul Economic "Iulian Pop" is assigned to prepare the evaluation questionaires. Since it’s a special demand expressed by the French National Agency (following first progresss report) we must try to measure how students’ experience did change troughout the partnership’s evolution.
PLEASE YOU TO MAKE FILL THIS FORM BEFORE THE 10th of March
(not the deadline) to STUDENTS OF YOUR TARGETED GROUP :

Merci de faire remplir le formulaire en ligne correspondant au lien ci-dessus avant le 10 mars aux élèves de votre groupe-cible (date impérative pour une prise en compte dans le cadre du second rapport intermédiaire - mais la saisie pourra se poursuivre au delà de cette date).

3. We need to fill our reports with identical datas. So an international coordination note is to be send to you in a couple of days by Pierre-Laurent (A17) to determine precisely all the informations for the Second progress report (it must be finished the 10th of March).. We’ll have to indicate to our national agencies the days and schedules for all the activities we did and to give it to the international coordinator in order he can produce a Gantt chart. Thanks to you to give also the numbers of pupils who were involved in the lectures, visits and activities you did implement in your school. Cluj team will do a little statistic study about this point.

Quatrième note de coordination

By P-L Vanderplancke (international coordinator)
and R Zetea (Colegiul Pop project driver)

STUDY TRAVEL TO TRANSYLVANIA PREPARATION

1 MAIN ISSUE C3
The adoption of a synopsis on which the partners will then work in a common approach. This synopsis will be produced in order to make a Dracula myth common rewrite and to play it together (fully or partially) during the ending Festival. (C5 St-Jean-de-Luz).

2 PRELIMINARY WORKS ....
In application of pedagogical scenario # 1 (note A12) each school will prepare from now one (or more) synopsis for future rewriting of the myth. Thess works will be presented (in a version translated into English) in Cluj. These drafts synopsis may be shaping during C3 to integrate elements related to the discovery in situ of myth and its contemporary implications.
Furthermore the teams produce (in the same period) a small presentation on local fears, which serve as an introduction to the study tour in Romania …
So, two different sort of preliminary works are wanted....

3. EXPECTED RESULTS
Students will choose the common synopsis (like there was a logo contest in Rome) and the joint work on this synopsis will be organized from C3. The J-M Toto and Vivienne expertise to coordinate these literary works should help find solutions to write together, concretely? And to choose the variant which would be played in France? An update will be made at C4 (Cesme end of the school year) .... R. Zetea is currently consulting on these issues Vivienne. Nothing prevents a team to work in parallel on another synopsis that will be the subject of joint study.
